Hi, I'm Sara.

I'm a certified life coach for Christian moms in midlife — and I know this place from the inside.

I spent years feeling resentful that my husband didn't help more, frustrated that my kids weren't making the choices I wanted, and quietly ashamed of the ways I'd shown up in my closest relationships. I was trying. Going to church. Doing the right things. And still cycling through the same pain.

What changed wasn't my husband doing the dishes. What changed was me — the way I saw them, the way I carried resentment, the shame I'd never fully set down.

On the other side of that? Real peace. Relationships I thought were too far gone. A version of myself I actually liked. Not because everything got perfect — but because I finally stopped waiting for it to be.

That's what these 12 weeks are for.

I've been doing this work for over seven years and have been a certified life coach since 2023. But more than my training — I know this pain personally. And I know the way through it.

  • No. Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment. Coaching focuses on your present thoughts, beliefs, and the results you're creating in your life right now. We look forward, not back.

  • We get on a call — just the two of us. You bring whatever is on your mind that week. We look at what you're thinking, how it's making you feel, and what we want to do about it. Then I teach you a tool — something you can actually use for that specific situation, not generic advice. It's a real conversation, and you leave with something concrete in your hands.

  • Life happens. Just reach out by email or text and we'll find another time that works.

  • If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, resentful, or like you keep showing up in ways you don't love — coaching is probably exactly right for you. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out before enrolling and we can talk it through.

    And if you start and it doesn't feel like the right fit — I'll refund your remaining sessions, no hard feelings. I only want you here if it's actually working.
