For the Woman Who’s Tired of Carrying So Much Alone

Group of women standing outdoors, smiling, in front of a stone wall and garden, gathered for a social event or celebration.

A space to reset, reflect, and reconnect — without pressure or expectations

Women’s Retreat

August 14-16th, 2026

Midway, Utah.

Limited to 12 women

Shared + Private rooms
Payment plans available

This is for the woman who…

Loves deeply — but feels tension in her closest relationships.

Shows up faithfully — but quietly wonders, Is this it?

Feels unsure of what’s next — and longs for clarity without pressure.

Wants connection that feels safe, honest, and life‑giving.

Is ready to stop living on autopilot and start living with intention.

A group of women sitting in a living room with wooden walls and large windows, attending a workshop or meeting. Some women are seated on couches and chairs, while one woman is standing near a whiteboard. The room features a stone fireplace, decorative lanterns, framed pictures, and a sitting area on a deck outside.

If you saw yourself in those words, you’re not alone. So many women arrive carrying more than they realized. And almost all of them leave saying the same thing…

Testimonials-

My favorite part was..”Doing breath work and going outside of my comfort zone to have some really cool breakthroughs, also loved learning and bonding with other people over their stories! Loved the ebike adventure & the hike at the beginning was beautiful as well! Enjoy not having to plan anything for yourself for a weekend. Food. Activities. Etc etc. (the food was also AMAZING!)"

Liz S.

Smiling woman with brown hair in a braid, inside a room with a window showing trees outside.

"I loved feeling so taken care of and safe to feel and just exist. There was a great combo of relaxation, fun and self improvement opportunities."

Nina B.

A smiling blonde woman with long hair, wearing a black top, indoors near a window with greenery outside.

"I don't typically do well in groups where I don't know people, but the environment was beautiful and open and I felt comfortable far quicker than normal. Nothing felt forced. Everything felt easy. We all went deep and the vulnerability was truly stunning."

Alex W.

What It Feels Like

We wanted to take a few minutes to share why this retreat matters to us — and what women often don’t realize they’re carrying until they step away.

If you’re wondering whether this is for you, start here.

What You'll Leave With

A clear sense of what you actually want — and real, concrete steps toward getting there.

A calmer nervous system, so you can get more done without running on empty — and feel more at peace while you're doing it.

Connection with women who actually get it — because something shifts in you when you stop pretending everything is fine and someone truly sees you anyway.

A real reason to wake up and move forward — instead of just going through the motions.

Something you take home with you that changes how you move through your days long after the weekend is over.

You Might Be Wondering…

Is this selfish?

It can feel that way to step away when you’re used to being the one everyone relies on.
But caring for yourself changes how you show up for the people you love. Two nights away can bring more steadiness than pushing through for months.

What if I feel awkward or don’t know anyone?

Many women attend on their own.
The space is intentionally small and thoughtfully guided so connection unfolds naturally.
You’ll never be pushed to share more than you want to — and you won’t be left to navigate it alone.

Is it worth the investment?

This weekend includes lodging in the beautiful Midway Mountains, meals, guided sessions, and an intentionally small group experience.
More than that, it offers something many women rarely give themselves — uninterrupted space to reflect, reset, and return to life more steady and clear.

What if I’m not “good” at sharing in groups?

There is no pressure to share more than you want to.
You’ll always be invited — never required. This is a space of choice, not expectation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Because this retreat is intentionally limited to 12 women, your reservation holds a significant portion of the experience.

If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat (before July 15, 2026), you will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

Within 30 days of the retreat, payments are non‑refundable. However, you may:

• Transfer your spot to a future retreat
• Gift your spot to another woman

If an unexpected emergency arises, please reach out. We will always approach each situation with care and fairness.

What’s included in my registration?

Your retreat includes:
• 2 nights lodging
• All meals and snacks
• Guided sessions and materials
• Movement and nature experiences
• A small, intentionally curated group of 12 women

All you need to do is show up.
