Women’s Retreat

August 14-16th, 2026

Midway, Utah.

This retreat is for you if:

  • You’ve been holding a lot — for your family, your relationships, or your faith

  • You feel emotionally drained or unsure of what’s next

  • You crave connection that feels safe and genuine, not performative

  • You want clarity, peace, rest, and a little fun

A group of women sitting in a living room with wooden walls and large windows, attending a workshop or meeting. Some women are seated on couches and chairs, while one woman is standing near a whiteboard. The room features a stone fireplace, decorative lanterns, framed pictures, and a sitting area on a deck outside.

If you’re used to being the one everyone relies on — the steady one, the capable one, the strong one — it can be hard to admit how tired you really are.

Not just physically, but emotionally.

This retreat was created for women who don’t need more pressure — but space.

A Different Kind of Retreat

This is a thoughtfully planned, well‑supported experience created to help you:

  • Slow down and settle into a calmer pace

  • Feel supported instead of responsible

  • Connect meaningfully with other women — without comparison or pressure

  • Gain perspective on what you’ve been carrying and what matters most right now

Many women leave feeling lighter, steadier, and more grounded — simply because they had space to rest, reflect, and be fully present.

We created a short guide to help you discern whether this experience would be supportive for you — what it’s like, who it’s designed for, and common questions women often have before attending.

Not sure if this retreat is right for you?

Testimonials

Smiling woman with brown hair in a braid, inside a room with a window showing trees outside.

My favorite part was..”Doing breath work and going outside of my comfort zone to have some really cool breakthroughs, also loved learning and bonding with other people over their stories! Loved the ebike adventure & the hike at the beginning was beautiful as well! Enjoy not having to plan anything for yourself for a weekend. Food. Activities. Etc etc. (the food was also AMAZING!)"

Liz S.

"I loved feeling so taken care of and safe to feel and just exist. There was a great combo of relaxation, fun and self improvement opportunities."

Nina B.

Alex W.

Bonnie S.

My favorite part was "Being able to talk and connect with each other. I also liked the relaxed nature of everything we did. Even though it's kind of scary to do/try something new, you can learn and grow so much from those things."
